Founder

Mario is the Chairman of NIP Group (NASDAQ: NIPG) and a co-owner of the Boston Celtics. After graduating from MIT, he became the youngest executive to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange with game publisher iDreamsky (1119.HK). He went on to found the largest esports company in China and led the largest international esports merger in history (ESV5 and NIP) — then, in 2024, became the youngest Asian founder in history to IPO in the United States ($NIPG). Mario has spent a decade building the places games find their audiences. Now he is opening the other side.

Carter Feldman

Founder

Carter is a tech entrepreneur, child hacking prodigy, and blockchain pioneer. At 13, he was writing Call of Duty 0-day exploits and the first worm for game consoles. He went on to build the first modding platform for the mobile version of Minecraft — 20 million downloads and a community of 150K+ developers — proof, a decade early, of what players do the moment someone hands them the keys. Outside of gaming, Carter created one of the first blockchain infrastructure providers for Proof of Stake networks, which accumulated over $1B in staked assets, and founded Zero Knowledge Labs, a pioneer in recursive zero-knowledge proofs.

Hicham Chahine

Founder

Hicham is the co-founder of NIP Group and the youngest founder from the Middle East, the Arab world, or the Nordics ever to list a company on a US main market. Before that, he spent eight years as Managing Director of Hedge Funds at Formue, the largest wealth management firm in the Nordics, and founded and chaired Diglife AS, a private equity firm with portfolios across lifestyle, gaming, and technology. Hicham is the reason ambitious things get funded — on two continents so far.
